Replace the finderscope on your telescope with something bigger? The GSO 8X50 achromatic finderscope is a good choice for any telescope, both astronomical and terrestrial. It can also be used as a replacement of the standard, smaller finderscope supplied with most telescope. It features a diecast mounting bracket with spring-loaded screws for easy alignment. It has long eye relief and an approximate 5.8° field of view. Because of its large aperture, the 8X50 finderscope often reveals brighter deep sky objects.
